Which Works are Protected by China's Copyright Law?

According to the Article 3 of the Copyright Law, the works referred to in this Law include works of literature, art and natural science, social science, engineering technology and other works created in the following forms:

1. Literary works;

2. Oral works;

3. Musics, dramas, folk arts, dances and acrobatic arts;

4. Fine arts and architectural works;

5. Photography works;

6. Film works and works created in a way similar to film-making;

7. Graphic works and model works such as Engineering Design Graphics, Product Design Graphics, maps, and Schematic diagram, etc;

8. Computer software;

9. Other works stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
